Treatments
Does EMS Body Sculpt hurt?

No — EMS is not painful. You feel intense muscle contractions, similar to a very hard workout. The intensity is individually adjusted by Sonia and can be changed at any time.
How quickly will I see results?
+
The first results are often noticeable after 2–3 sessions. Visible changes typically appear after 4–6 treatments. The 10-session package is designed for maximum, long-lasting results over several weeks.
Who are the treatments suitable for?
+
Our treatments are suitable for most healthy adults. EMS is not recommended during pregnancy, with a pacemaker, or with metal implants in the treatment area. Any concerns can be clarified during the free consultation.
How often should I come?

We recommend 2–3 sessions per week for optimal results. Sonia creates a personalized treatment plan based on your goals and lifestyle.
Is there any downtime after treatment?
+
No — all our treatments are non-invasive. You can resume normal activities immediately after your session. Some clients may feel mild muscle soreness, similar to post-workout sensation.
Appointments & Booking
How do I book an appointment?

All treatments are by appointment only. You can contact us via email (info@formé.ch), phone, or the contact form. Sonia will personally get back to you within 24 hours.
How long does a session take?
+
The actual treatment takes 30 minutes. Including check-in and a short consultation, please allow approximately 45–60 minutes in total.
What happens during the free consultation?
+
Sonia takes time for you: she analyzes your goals, explains the technologies, answers all your questions, and creates a personalized treatment plan — completely free and non-binding.
Can I cancel or reschedule?

Yes — please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may be charged. Details are outlined in our cancellation policy.
Payment & Packages
Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, TWINT, Klarna (installments), and cash payments via SumUp terminal in the studio. Online payments are also available.
How does Klarna installment payment work?
+
The 10-pack (CHF 1,190) can be paid in 3 monthly installments of CHF 397. The 20-pack (CHF 1,980) can be paid in 4 installments of CHF 495. No additional costs and no hidden fees.
How long are purchased sessions valid?
+
All sessions are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, giving you enough flexibility to complete your program at your own pace.
Can I gift sessions?
+
Yes — gift vouchers are available on request. A perfect gift for birthdays, Mother’s Day, or special occasions. Please contact us directly.
The Studio
Where is the studio located?
+
Our studio is located at Piazza Santeramo 2, 8180 Bülach.
Do I need an appointment?
+
Yes — all treatments are strictly by appointment only. Walk-ins are not possible.
