Cancellation & Refund.

At formé. Body & Sculpt, we attach great importance to transparency and fairness. Here you will find our cancellation and refund policies.

Appointment Cancellations

Please cancel appointments at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be charged a fee of CHF 50.
  • Cancellation > 24 hours in advance: free of charge
  • Cancellation < 24 hours: CHF 50 cancellation fee
  • No-Show: The session will be counted as used

Refund for packages

Unused sessions from packages can be refunded under the following conditions:

  • Refund request within 30 days of purchase: full refund for unused sessions (minus sessions already used, charged at the single session rate).
  • Refund request after 30 days: 50% refund for unused sessions.
  • All unused sessions expire 12 months from the date of purchase.

Klarna Payments

In the event of a Klarna installment purchase cancellation, the cancellation will be processed directly through Klarna. We are happy to assist you with this.
