Treatments
Does EMS Body Sculpt hurt?

No – EMS is not painful. You will feel intense muscle contractions, similar to a very intense workout. The intensity is individually adjusted by Sonia and can be changed at any time.
How quickly will I see results?
+
Initial results are often visible after just 2–3 sessions. Significant changes typically appear after 4–6 treatments. The 10-session package is designed for maximum, long-lasting results over several weeks.
Who are the treatments suitable for?
+
Our treatments are suitable for most healthy adults. EMS is not recommended during pregnancy, for individuals with pacemakers, or with metal implants in the treatment area. Any questions can be clarified during the free consultation.
How often should I come?

For optimal results, we recommend 2–3 sessions per week. Sonia will create a personalized treatment plan based on your goals and lifestyle.
Is there downtime after the treatment?
+
No – all of our treatments are non-invasive. You can resume your normal daily activities immediately after the session. Some clients experience mild, muscle-soreness-like effects.
Appointments & Booking
How do I book an appointment?

All treatments are by appointment only. You can reach us by email (info@formé.ch), phone, or via the contact form. Sonia will get back to you personally within 24 hours.
How long does a session last?
+
The actual treatment lasts 30 minutes. Including check-in and a brief consultation, you should plan for a total of about 45–60 minutes.
What happens during the free consultation?
+
Sonia takes her time for you: She analyzes your goals, explains the technologies, answers all your questions, and creates a personalized treatment plan – completely free of charge and without obligation.
Can I cancel or reschedule?

Yes – please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations (under 24 hours) may be charged. For details, please refer to our cancellation policy.
Payment & Packages
What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, TWINT, Klarna (installment payment), and cash payments via the SumUp terminal in the studio. Online payments are also possible.
How does Klarna Installment Payments work?
+
The 10-session package (CHF 1,190) can be paid in 3 monthly installments of CHF 397. The 20-session package (CHF 1,980) can be paid in 4 installments of CHF 495. No additional costs and no hidden fees.
How long are purchased sessions valid for?
+
All sessions are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, giving you enough flexibility to complete your program at your own pace.
Can I give sessions as a gift?
+
Yes – gift vouchers are available upon request. A perfect gift for birthdays, Mother's Day, or special occasions. Please contact us directly.
The studio
Where is the studio located?
+
Our studio is located at Piazza Santeramo 2, 8180 Bülach.
Do I need an appointment?
+
Yes – all treatments are by appointment only. Spontaneous visits are not possible.
